We visit Michigan every summer (live In So Calif) and while here look forward to spending time in BC. Have stayed at Water St Inn for over 15 yrs, view is spectacular, rooms are well kept, and staff is friendly. Great location in town.
We absolutely loved our experience at 112 Water Street Inn. Chris at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. The view was gorgeous and the furnishings were beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We really were happy with the location as we were so close to town and some of our favorite restaurants. Overall, we were extremely pleased we chose Water Street Inn!

We have stayed at the Water Street in many times in the last 5 years. We love the location and the view. The all one king bedroom unit condo building is perfect for us when we come north to visit our grandchildren. The units are owned separately so they vary in decor. We love the third floor for the view of the lake in both the living area and bedroom. There are also 2 end units, I think on the first and second floors, that have a bit more space in the living area. The price off season is also a very good value.
We stayed in 214 for a week and loved it. The condo was very clean, so much that we commented on how it smelled like fresh linens every time we walked in. The view of the lake was perfect from the second floor balcony and facing West we had incredible sunset views. The housekeeping staff made us some swan towels and left them on our bed which was a perfect start to our anniversary trip. Rachel, our housekeeper was extremely nice and helpful, as was the front desk crew. The private beach area was perfect for getting in some lake time without the crowds.
BEAUTIFUL and immaculately clean condo with balcony overlooking the beach and Lake Charlevoix. It's a 1-minute walk from charming downtown Boyne City, with restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Communications/directions from Water Street Inn helpful and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend staying here.

This condo is on the second floor of three. The location is within walking distance to everything you will need. It is quiet, peaceful and serene. Because it is a corner room the views of the water are outstanding. The hospitality at the front desk was excellent. No keys, just a code to get in works wonders. Fully stocked with most essentials. You will definitely not be disappointed.
We had a brief stay in this unit and had a fantastic experience. We're hoping to get an opportunity to stay here again in the future! Great views and excellent location!
